Life Changes

Well, once again we have had some major life changes within a very short time. A new baby (which makes three), a change in job duties, moving over 500 miles, and buying our first house. Talk about stress!

We have moved from a remote village back to the road system. Life sure changes when you can actually drive to somewhere. I have spent one third of the money on groceries that I used to spend in the village. It is wonderful to walk into a real grocery store and be able to purchase fresh vegetables that will last for up to two weeks for a reasonable price. I had almost forgotten what it means to price shop! I still get a headache though from all the choices I have.

The kids are adjusting well to being back in town. Sure isn't hard for them to get back into the idea of McDonald's every time we go into town. Thank goodness we are far enough from town that we aren't there every day. They are enjoying being able to ride their bikes and run around on green grass again. When we were in civilization in December it was winter and they weren't able to be outside very much.

At least we can be in our own home and not have the problems like we had in the village. I hate apartment living and if I can help it I will never live in one again. People can be so rude and inconsiderate to others that live in the same building, especially when they are drunk.
